1. For a Govt ID:

Ensure that the selected ID type matches the ID uploaded

Ensure that ID is not expired
-
Ensure that the country matches the current location
-
Ensure the text on the ID is clear and readable
-
Ensure the photo of your face on the ID is obvious
-
Reduce glare by moving away from direct light
-
Ensure the ID is not cut off or obstructed by your finger
-
Ensure the image is not blurry
-
Try another ID document type if available
2. For a Selfie video:
-
Do not wear your glasses
-
Reduce glare by moving away from direct light
-
Ensure your face is visible and well-lit
-
Ensure you turn your face left and right slowly
3. If you're experiencing an issue with the camera, check your device settings:
-
Go to Settings on your device

Go to Apps
-
Find the app that you wish to enable camera permissions for

Find the App Settings and allow camera permissions
