There could be a few reasons why you're unable to take a selfie during registration. Here are some of them:
Device Permissions: It's possible that you haven't granted the AFRICHANGE APP permission to access your camera. Check your device settings to ensure that Africhange has the necessary permissions to access your camera.
Device Setting > Apps > Africhange > Toggle to allow camera access.
Flickering Camera Button: While trying to snap a selfie, Your camera may flicker and won’t allow you to click on the button. To fix this, kindly update your Africhange app to the latest version and try again. Or just simply login to your account on the web at www.africhange.com/login
Poor lighting: If the lighting in the room where you're trying to take the selfie is poor, it may be difficult for the camera to capture a clear image. Try moving to a well-lit area or adjusting the lighting in the room.
Camera quality: The quality of your device's camera may also affect your ability to take a clear selfie. If you're using an older device or a device with a lower-quality camera, it may be more challenging to capture a clear image.
Device issues: There may be other device issues that could prevent you from taking a selfie. Try restarting your device or clearing the cache and cookies on your browser to see if that resolves the issue.
Alternatively, You can login and use the web at www.africhange.com/login
