How To Make A Withdrawal From Your CAD Wallet To A CAD Bank Account

• Select WALLET on the homepage

• Select WITHDRAW FUNDS under your CAD wallet balance

• You will get a prompt asking you to enable 2 Factor Authentication if you do not have it enabled
• Move the button to the right
• Follow the steps displayed to Enable your 2fa,

• Click on next for you to view the secret key or scan code.
• Copy the secret key,
• Go to your already downloaded Google authenticator App to input the secret key

          

• Once it is linked. Input the generated code from your google app
• Then click on finish set up

• You will be redirected to the homepage again to select wallet, then select withdraw funds under your CAD wallet
• Input the Interac transfer details and also note there is a withdrawal fee of 1.5cad

• Kindly click on withdraw and Proceed to confirm your transaction

• Enter your google authenticator code, then select verify to complete the transaction

• Kindly copy the secret question and secret answer as you will need it to accept the Interac

• YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MADE YOUR WITHDRAWAL
